Support matched to complexity; not a one-size plan

Families vary. Some need help with a few stuck threads; others need steady coordination across multiple providers and helpers.

We recommend a starting level after we understand your situation. If things change, support can adjust.

Onboarding is scheduled; availability fills quickly each month.

Support tiers

We offer three levels of support, matched to complexity. We keep capacity limited so we can follow through. Essentials is currently available as an add-on for Tier 2 or Tier 3 households; standalone enrollment is coming soon. Start here to request availability; we’ll confirm the right tier and next steps.

Tier 1
Essentials
Add-on only

A structured foundation for staying organized and informed, with light human support and escalation when needed.

Available now as an add-on to Tier 2 or Tier 3 households. Standalone Essentials enrollment is coming soon.

  • Shared family workspace in the Averyn app (requests, documents, updates).
  • Structured tracking for providers, tasks, and key details.
  • Light human support with clear escalation when something needs hands-on help.
Tier 3
Dedicated
$799 /month

Reserved, high-touch capacity for situations that require consistent attention, frequent coordination, and hands-on follow-through.

  • Reserved capacity for high-volume follow-through and complex situations.
  • Active organization across providers, paperwork, and family helpers.
  • Shared visibility in the Averyn app, with regular summaries and clear next steps.

Includes the most-used add-ons in the bundle (benefits review, appointment-prep support, transportation coordination, and hospital stay support), plus one family alignment call each month. Extra usage is available at the published add-on rate.

Family access is included

Invite caregivers, siblings, or trusted helpers into the Averyn app at no additional cost. Everyone can see requests and updates; helpers can message your Navigator, while you remain the primary point of contact. We can keep family helpers in the loop even when one person is the paying subscriber.

Add-ons (as needed)

Some families add targeted support for specific moments. Tier 2 includes some items monthly, and Tier 3 bundles most add-ons. Where a monthly limit applies, extra usage is billed at the published add-on rate.

$100 /day
Tier 2 includes 1 day/month; Tier 3 includes 2 days/month

$10 /ride
Tier 2: available; Tier 3: bundled

How we recommend the right tier

You do not need to pick a tier before you reach out. We recommend a level based on your household’s provider count, caregiver count, and ongoing task load; the highest-need situation sets the tier we recommend.

  • Provider count and active referrals
  • Number of caregivers and family helpers
  • Administrative task load and urgency
Scheduling
